However, if a product is defective, it can be exchanged only for the same product, and all returns due to product defects are borne by SureKish.

In the case of a defective exchange, only products that have been returned to Sure Kish within 7 days from the date of receipt are applicable.

Credit card payment customers will cancel their credit card, cash payment customers will return cash, mobile phone payments and escrow customers will also be refunded by canceling the payment.
