Due to the nature of custom-made products, it is difficult to exchange or return due to size, delivery delay, or simple change of mind.
However, if the product is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same product, and all returns due to product defects are borne by SureKish.
In the case of a defective exchange, only items that have been returned to Sure Kish within 7 days of receipt of the item are eligible.
It is not possible to return the product due to damage caused by personal carelessness.
Credit card payment customers will cancel their credit card, cash payment customers will return cash, mobile phone payments and escrow customers will also be refunded by canceling the corresponding payment.
Even if there is a defective exchange, exchanges/returns are not allowed for products that have passed the exchange and return period (within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product) in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act.
